Returns Policy

Wardrobe By Rebecca is a professional wardrobe detox service. As part of this service, we resell items on behalf of our clients/private sellers.

All purchases made in person are final and non-refundable. 

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty (excluding any defects stated in the listing), we sincerely apologise.

A fault is defined as a significant issue that was not disclosed in the item listing. This may include:

·       Noticeable damage to fabric or materials (e.g. tears, holes, or structural damage)

·       Faulty zips, fastenings, or closures that affect wearability

·       Major defects that impact the overall use of the item

The following are not considered faults:

·       Minor marks, light wear, or general signs of use consistent with pre-loved clothing

·       Any imperfections clearly stated or shown in the listing

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a refund. Please email hello@wardrobebyrebecca.com with details of the fault. We will then advise you on how to return the item and arrange your refund.

To be eligible for a return:

·       The item must be in the same condition as received

·       All Wardrobe By Rebecca tags must be attached

·       Any original brand tags and packaging (where applicable) must also be included

Please note, the item remains your responsibility until it has been safely returned to our studio. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or go missing during transit, and we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
