At Wardrobe by Rebecca, we take great care in packaging and shipping your luxury items to ensure they arrive safely and in the condition described.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. During peak periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- UK Shipping: Tracked and signed via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.
- International Shipping: Tracked services via DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail International.
Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Time Estimates
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item or shipping price.
Lost or Damaged Items
Wardrobe by Rebecca is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, all parcels are shipped with tracking and insurance where possible, and we will support you in filing a claim with the courier service.
Local Collection (Optional)
If you’re based near our storage facility and prefer to collect your order in person, please contact us directly to arrange a pickup appointment.
